1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of Richa Sirohi.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases, registrations or services offered through it, including original artwork, art prints, workshops, masterclasses, educational programmes and digital learning resources.

By accessing our website, placing an order or completing a programme registration, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity.

Please read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy and relevant Refund & Return Policy.

2. Our Services

Through this website, we may offer:

  • Original artwork and limited-edition art prints.

  • Live online watercolour masterclasses and workshops.

  • Structured learning programmes, including the Watercolour Transformation Track.

  • Longer-term artistic development programmes such as Abhyāsam.

  • Digital resources, recordings and educational materials.

  • Other art-related products and services introduced from time to time.

Programme content, availability, schedules, fees and inclusions may change between offerings. The information displayed on the relevant product or booking page at the time of purchase forms part of the applicable terms.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not misuse website functionality, attempt unauthorised access, provide deliberately misleading booking information, interfere with other visitors or reproduce website materials without appropriate permission.

We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, its users and our intellectual property, subject to applicable law.

4. Orders, Registration and Payment

All purchases and registrations are subject to availability and successful payment or other expressly agreed payment arrangements.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise indicated. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or additional costs will be disclosed before checkout.

We use Wix and connected payment providers to facilitate transactions.

A booking or purchase is confirmed once the applicable payment and confirmation processes have been completed.

Please provide accurate contact details so that we can send essential order, booking and programme information.

If a payment is deducted but the booking or order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction details so that we can investigate.

5. Workshops and Learning Programmes

Before registering, participants are responsible for reviewing the programme description, dates, duration, format, prerequisites, fees and materials requirements.

Our live online programmes are generally conducted through Zoom or another specified online platform.

Participants must arrange a suitable device, internet connection and their own art materials unless expressly stated otherwise.

Learning outcomes vary according to experience, participation and practice. We provide teaching and feedback as described in each programme but do not guarantee a particular artistic result.

6. Workshop Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

Participant cancellations

Workshop and programme fees are generally non-refundable for voluntary participant cancellations, missed sessions, late arrival or participant-side technical difficulties, subject to applicable law.

One-time batch transfers

For the Watercolour Masterclass, 2-Day Watercolour Workshop and Watercolour Transformation Track, one transfer to another available batch may be requested at least 48 hours before the first applicable session.

Transfers require our confirmation, are subject to availability and must be used within three months of the original programme start date.

Individual sessions of a multi-session course cannot be transferred separately.

Changes or cancellations by us

If we cancel an entire paid programme, participants will be offered an alternative available batch or a full refund.

If a scheduled session cannot be delivered or must be substantially changed, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund remedy consistent with the applicable booking policy and consumer law.

Where a programme has a different published booking policy, its specific terms will apply to that programme.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Session Access and Attendance

Registered participants will receive programme information through the communication channels specified for their booking.

Zoom joining links may be shared through the official programme WhatsApp group before each session.

Joining links are for registered participants and must not be forwarded, published or shared with unauthorised individuals.

Please join sessions on time and behave respectfully towards the facilitator and other participants.

8. Recordings, Resources and Learning Materials

Recordings and additional learning materials are provided only where explicitly included in the programme description.

The 2-Day Watercolour Workshop includes lifetime access to its session recordings and specified participant resources under its published booking terms.

Access to recordings or other resources for different programmes depends on their respective descriptions and policies.

Materials are provided for personal educational use. Participants must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload or commercially exploit them without written permission.

We may use third-party platforms to host or distribute learning resources. Access arrangements will be communicated to registered participants.

9. Artwork Submissions and Feedback

Participants retain ownership of the original artwork they create.

By voluntarily sharing artwork in a programme, participants permit us to view and discuss it for the purposes of learning, feedback and programme administration.

We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable participant artwork, photographs, videos or testimonials for public marketing.

Where a programme specifies submission deadlines or completion requirements, participants are responsible for following them.

For the Watercolour Transformation Track, the published programme requires an independent final painting submitted within seven days after the fourth session to qualify for the Certificate of Completion.

Certificates acknowledge completion of the relevant programme. They do not represent an accredited academic qualification unless explicitly stated.

10. WhatsApp Groups and Learning Communities

Some programmes include access to a private WhatsApp learning community.

Participants agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully.

  • Respect the privacy of other members.

  • Avoid sharing private group discussions outside the community without permission.

  • Avoid unauthorised advertising, spam and offensive content.

  • Keep Zoom links and restricted learning resources private.

  • Respect the intellectual property of fellow participants.

We may moderate or restrict participation where necessary to protect the learning environment, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

WhatsApp is a third-party platform governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

11. Original Artwork and Art Prints

Artwork displayed on the website may include original paintings, limited-edition prints and other artistic products.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of dimensions, materials, editions and availability.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

Original artwork is generally unique, and limited-edition works are subject to their stated edition availability.

Ownership of a purchased physical artwork or print does not automatically transfer the copyright or commercial reproduction rights associated with the underlying artwork.

Any commissioned work, licensing agreement or transfer of intellectual property rights must be governed by separately agreed written terms.

12. Shipping, Returns and Damaged Products

Shipping availability, charges and expected delivery information will be provided during the purchase process or through applicable published product information.

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier availability, destination, customs requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an artwork or print arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly with relevant photographs and order details.

Requests for returns, replacements and refunds will be handled according to our published Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.

Please review that policy before purchasing physical artwork or prints.

13. Digital Products and Access

Digital products, downloads, recordings and other electronic resources are provided according to the access conditions stated at purchase.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the relevant materials for their intended purpose.

Digital materials may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed or made publicly available without permission.

Any refund restriction for digital products remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, artwork, images, illustrations, photographs, educational materials, written content, logos and website design elements are owned by Richa Sirohi, UHAAPOH or the relevant rights holders.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view website content and use purchased learning resources within their permitted scope.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without the relevant rights holder's permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information provided through purchases, bookings, enquiries, assessments and learning programmes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and shared, including information processed through Wix, payment providers, Zoom and WhatsApp.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to external websites or use third-party services for payments, communications, video sessions, deliveries and digital resources.

Third-party platforms may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content or services outside our control, except where liability arises under applicable law.

17. Changes to Programmes and Website Content

We may update website content, introduce new programmes, revise future schedules or modify prices.

Changes to future offerings do not automatically change the agreed price or material benefits of an existing confirmed purchase.

If an important change affects an existing booking, we will communicate the change and provide applicable options or remedies.

18. Responsibility and Limitations

Participants are responsible for using art materials safely and following relevant manufacturer instructions.

Online learning depends partly on participant equipment, connectivity and circumstances outside our control.

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern regarding a purchase, booking, programme or website service, please contact us first so that we can investigate and seek an appropriate resolution.

We aim to address complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Disputes will be handled by courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory right to approach an appropriate consumer grievance or dispute-resolution forum.

20. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

For an existing purchase or confirmed booking, the terms accepted at the time of transaction will ordinarily continue to govern that transaction unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed.
